Getting Strong, Lean, Building Muscle and Burning Fat can be a very frustrating Goal to achieve. There is so much mis-information out there on how to achieve it. Take this supplement - use this latest ab gadget - do this diet...and all the advice is constantly changing that the ever more confused consumers ("Consumers" as thats all you are to maximu**le, ab loung*r, leg mag*c etc) so that you have to buy more products, supplements and gym memberships to attempt to reach your goal. Of course the TRUTH would never be made mainstream to the public as they would then realise they don't need any of this stuff and the companies would lose £££££££££'S
I am not a low carb enthusiast, paleo enthusiast, split day body building enthusaiast and neither will I push any ONE particular lifestyle, supplement, training style (or macronutrient! :) As each and every technique has its place and useage, as fitness can only be acheived for real & fast if it fits into your lifestyle.
